We deliver your package through international couriers like USPS, Air Mail, Registered Air Mail, EMS, Fedex, TNT POST,UPS and DHL. Customers can choose the shipping method they like. Friendly reminder: if your package contained too many branded products, we may deliver it via different couriers in order to avoid the customs problem.

If we do not have an authorized International Distributor in your area, we will happily ship directly to you from China. However, it may take longer and, depending on your country's customs fees, tariffs or additional import duties, it may cost a bit more.

Why is it taking so long to receive my order?

International packages are processed through main distribution centers in China before making it to country of destination. Due to customs processing which is handled by the local postal service in your country, shipping with carrier may exceed our estimated transit time.

 Please note: Once the parcel is picked up by the courier, Ramodius no longer has control over the shipping or delivery time.

My order has arrived in my country, who can I contact about my delivery?

Once international packages arrive in your country, they are handled by the local postal service and are responsible for the final delivery. Please contact your local postal service for further information.

How can I track my order?

If your order has shipped with carrier and has arrived in the destination country, carrier will provide you with a new tracking number for your local postal service. Please use the HERE to track your package.
