Refund Policy:

1. Refund Process Time

  • Our continued commitment to our customers includes timely refunds. Once we have received the returned items, you will receive your refund within 6 working days. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
  • Since we have no control over how banks post refunds, the refund period includes only the time taken to complete the refunds process. Check with your bank or credit card company if you have not received your refund within a couple of days of the email notification received from us.

2. How We Refund You

Return policy:

  • Customers can return products for a refund within 45 days for Register Air Mail and EMS users, 30 days for UPS, DHL, and Fedex users after the invoice date. 
  • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your timely return of such items:
  • Bought at Ramodius. 
  • Merchandise must be in original condition (with a valid, readable serial number, the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product);
  • Not exceeded the warranty or return expiry date;
  • The reason of returning is not caused by customer error.
  • We will accept any defective merchandise for refund or replacement.
  • For replacement parts, please contact us within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Merchandise that is being returned should be sent back in the original packaging with all tags and paperwork; it must be in same, new condition as when it was received and must be resellable, or we will refuse your return request. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product, the restocking fee is waived and we will gladly replace the item.
  • Products that are not eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us.


 Canceling order:

  • Canceling order before dispatch is free of charge. If the package had been sent out, the order can’t be canceled. It would be better if you can inform us to cancel order as soon as possible. For further information, please feel free to contact us via email

How to Returning Produts:

RMA instructions:

  • Most returns must be authorized by contacting the seller in order to obtain an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Authorization does not guarantee credit or exchange. We will issue an exchange or credit upon receipt of the return package.

The procedure of return:

  • For DOA (Dead On Arrival) items. If the delivery date is untraceable, any products malfunctioning on arrival. You can return the product after package reeived for 30 days and you need to provide us with proof as below: The photos of the original package with the front and back sides and photos or videos showing the malfunctioning of the defective Product,make sure the item all brand new without any wear and tear. If these requirements are met, We will pay for the shipping send back ,please return it to us at your convenience and at the lowest cost possible and we will ship a functional replacement to you free of charge.
  • For defective items. If your product turn out to be  a defective one with physical damage within 30 days from the initial shipping date. The customer can mail the item back in the original package without any wear and tear for a free replacement,otherwise we can repair only.However, you will need to provide photos and videos showing product defects. If the item is damaged within 365 days of placing the order, the defective item can be forwarded to the factory for repair. We will bear the shipping fee. Customers pay the fees that may occur due to customs duties.
  • For the wrong item. If the received item is not the one you ordered, please contact our with photos or videos of the different product.  If a return is necessary. replacement plus shipping cost will be issued to you on receiving the returned product. If you take it , we will offer a 10% discount for order.
  • For the products you are unsatisfied with. If you are not happy with your purchased for any reason, please return it in 10 days in its original package with the receipt for a refund or a exchange if the return is not caused by Ramodius' error. We charge 20% of the product during a refund, or if an exchange is requested, you are obligated to pay shipping costs for the return and replacement.



  • Ramodius staff will email in 2 or 3 business days when returned packages are received.Priority will be given to all returned items with RMA numbers and exact descriptions of product problems and they will be processed in 2-4 weeks.
  • The shipping fee for sending the phone back to us will be paid by customers except for DOA situations.
  • During the return shipping, the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, excise duties or tariffs during the item return to China. In these cases we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.
  • Ramodius will ship the item to the customer via Flat Rate Shipping by default. If the customer wants to utilize a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping fee is applicable.
